Thank you for choosing Triaanya’s Health Mantra. We are committed to providing you with the best products and customer service. Our return and refund policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging as received. Please review our Privacy Policy for further details.

Returns, Refunds, Cancellations, and Exchanges

  1. Step 1: Initiate a Return or Replacement Request
    • Submit a return or replacement request within 7 days of delivery if you received incorrect or expired product(s).
      • Please initiate the request via the designated section on our website (www.ourhealthmantra.com or www.triaanyas.com) or through the contact information provided on the site, including email or WhatsApp.
    • For damaged or missing product(s), the request must be made within 2 days of delivery.
  2. Step 2: Review Period
    • Allow us 2 working days to review your return request.
  3. Step 3: Product Collection
    • Upon approval, we will arrange for our courier partner to collect the product(s) from you.
    • If reverse pickup service is unavailable at your location, you will need to self-ship the product via a reliable courier partner. We will reimburse the shipping costs.
  4. Step 4: Verification and Refund/Replacement
    • Once we receive the returned product(s), we will verify it against the claim and proceed with a replacement or refund as applicable. Please note that replacements are subject to stock availability.

Conditions for Return/Replacement

You may return or replace your product under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Expired product delivered
  • Damaged product delivered (e.g., physical damage, tampered product or packaging)
  • Incomplete order (missing products)

Exclusions from Return/Replacement

Return or replacement requests will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Opened, used, or altered products
  • Missing original packaging (e.g., mono cartons, labels)
  • Requests made after 7 days from the date of delivery
  • Damaged or missing products reported after 2 days from the date of delivery

Return Process

Once a return request is approved, we will organize a pickup for the item. Our courier partner will collect the item within 5-7 business days after the return request is received. The item will be returned to our warehouse, where it will undergo a quality inspection. If the product passes the quality check, we will initiate a refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled by contacting us via our websites (www.ourhealthmantra.com or www.triaanyas.com), WhatsApp, or email. You are required to provide a reason for cancellation, and we will handle the rest. Triaanya’s Health Mantra reserves the right to cancel any order without prior customer confirmation and may verify any order before shipping, including obtaining verbal or written confirmation from the customer.

Note: Orders can only be canceled while the status is marked as “Ready to Ship.”

Refund Process

For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, customers will need to provide bank account details for the refund.

Refund Timeline

For canceled orders, the refund will be processed within 7 business days. For returned products, the refund will be initiated once the product is received at our warehouse and passes the quality inspection. This process typically takes 2 weeks after the return has been picked up.

Partial Returns

You may return any eligible products within 7 days of delivery, even if they are part of a larger order.
